Yes that’s a different state to New York but the good news is they have an online store, so your fix of pies, sausage rolls, lamingtons and other Aussie goodies is just a click away. Management was two-faced and secretive about managing the store, lots of talk behind closed doors.“Where can I find a good coffee?” you ask, as you set foot in NYC for the first time. Severely outdated and put a damper on our ability to sell. The back-end system that Rag & Bone has for inventory management is god awful. Hilariously bad loss-prevention policy. Technologically speaking, this company is stuck in the dinosaur age. Unreasonable expectations from corporate, which lead to very high-stress levels for everyone working there. Too many sales people working simultaneously. There were too many times we had to damage out a product, and all it did was rest on a hanger. The quality between men's and women's was almost laughable. Took almost two months to receive an offer. Quite possibly one of the slowest hiring processes in all of retail. This was a company that I've always wanted to work at, but I feel that they let me down in a lot of ways.
